Delete your account
You can delete your Internship CRM account yourself at any time. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in on this site with the account you want to delete.
- Open your account settings.
- Under “Delete account”, choose “Delete my account” and confirm with your current password.

If that does not work, write to kontakt@ersah.in from the e-mail address of the account and ask for it to be deleted. We check that the request comes from the account holder and delete the account within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
What is deleted
- Your account, your sign-in details and your profile, including the files you uploaded to it.
- Messages you wrote: they are removed from every conversation and shown as deleted.
- Your private notes, your notifications and your settings.
- Notes and comments that others wrote about you are emptied.
What stays
- Records that belong to the organisation rather than to you — for example a company, a project or a support request — stay, but no longer point to you. Their dates and status remain; anything you wrote in them is removed.
- Encrypted backups are kept only to recover from a failure of the whole system and are replaced on a rolling schedule. The oldest copy is at most twelve months old.
When it cannot be done yet
The only administrator of an organisation must first make someone else an administrator, so that the organisation is not left without one.
