Everything InternshipCRM can do
The full feature catalogue — from first contact to hired, for every role.
Pipeline & intake
Pipeline tracking
Thirteen granular stages from first contact to employed, a drag-and-drop kanban board grouped into collapsible phases, stage deadlines with overdue flags, and a full append-only stage history.
Self-serve mentee intake
Mentees sign up on their own, complete onboarding and request mentorship; admins approve from a queue.
Join requests & referral links
Public projects accept join requests the owner approves in one click, and everyone — mentee, mentor or admin — has a personal invite link that records who brought a newcomer in.
Self-serve mentor applications
Anyone can apply to become a mentor without an account; admins review, take into review, approve or reject from a queue, and approval creates or upgrades the mentor’s account automatically.
Offer management
Create, preview and send a job offer from a candidate’s Mentorship card in three steps; the candidate accepts or declines (with a reason) from their portal, sees a persistent decision state, and overdue offers expire on their own — every step logged and notified. An admin offer index answers what is still outstanding, what expires this week and what was declined, and why.
Weekly internship reports
Mentees write a weekly internship report, keep drafts and print their diary; mentors review each submission, approve it or request changes. Missing reports surface in the mentor attention queue and a weekly reminder.
Invite links without an email
Invite someone whose address you do not know: leave the field empty and a single-use, 7-day link is minted to hand over in person. Whoever registers with it is connected to the sender straight away — a mentor’s link makes them that mentor’s mentee — and a private note keeps a wall of links legible.
Invitation board
One screen answers “who has actually joined?”: every invitation with its own status — sent, link opened, registered, verified, expired or revoked — counted per status and filterable by status, role, date and address. Stale invitations can be re-invited in one action (anyone who already registered is skipped, and each row reports what happened to it), a mistake can be revoked so its link stops working, and the filtered list exports as CSV.
Silence handled for you
Applicants who were messaged and never replied stop filling your list — the platform asks them twice whether they are still interested, then leaves them marked dormant.
Mentoring & collaboration
Mentor self-service
Mentors add their own mentees, log meetings, feedback, emails, calls and WhatsApp chats, keep private notes, and get a needs-attention queue on their dashboard — admins can do it all too.
Communication
Video meeting invites with RSVP, in-app mentor–mentee messaging, single and bulk emails, announcements, notifications with per-category preferences, reminders and a weekly digest.
Projects, goals & evaluations
Internship projects with task lists and progress, personal goals, structured interim and final evaluations in both directions, and built-in Q&A between mentee and mentor.
Built-in messaging
A unified inbox with per-mentorship threads, attachments and email mirroring you can reply to — answer the notification from your mail app and it lands back in the thread. Messages arrive live while the inbox is open, and can notify your device even when the app is closed. A half-written reply is kept per conversation until you send it, and you can see when the other person is writing. The answers you give over and over live in a shared pool of canned responses — written once in English, Turkish and German, inserted in your own language, one click.
Project teams & goals
Every project shows its real roster with each person’s job (developer, tester, marketing), a recurring meeting with reminders, and shortcuts to the owner and the group chat. Goals come from a managed, multilingual template pool — handed to a member in one click, read in their own language, and kept on their own to-do list rather than in front of the whole team.
Calendar in four views
Meetings, recurring project calls and stage deadlines in one calendar — month, week, day or a plain upcoming list, with the upcoming list as the default on a phone. A recurring project meeting is kept as a rule, so it shows once under its own title, moves when you move it and disappears when you cancel it. Subscribe to the same calendar from your own app with a personal, revocable link — meetings, series occurrences and deadlines all travel with it — and every meeting invitation arrives with a .ics attachment.
One to-do list per person
Everything someone has to do in one place: what their mentor handed them, what their projects need, the open project goals they can claim, and what they wrote for themselves — finished ones archived rather than deleted. A to-do from the shared, multilingual pool stays linked to it: reword the pool entry once and it changes for everyone who has it, in each person’s own language.
One person, both sides
A mentor can be a mentee too. Someone who guides another person may still need guidance themselves — give a mentor a mentor of their own and the mentee portal opens up next to their mentor pages, with a view switch in the sidebar to move between them. Admins can put anyone on either side of a mentorship; nobody can be paired with themselves.
Video calls in the app
Start a call with a mentee, a project team or a chat in one click and hold it in a side panel next to their record, on our own Jitsi tenant — no accounts, no install, and no time limit. The link is emailed to everyone invited and works in any browser.
Guests from outside the platform
A meeting is not always only mentors and mentees. Type any email address into the scheduler and that person is invited to the same room with the same Yes/No buttons — no account, no sign-up, and an .ics for their own calendar. You see who accepted, and an invitation sent to the wrong address can be withdrawn, which stops its link working.
Career newsletter
Short, emoji-led issues of CV and interview advice, written once in English, Turkish and German and sent to each reader in their own language. Send by hand or on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule; mentors get a coaching angle on the same issue, every send is kept on the record, and one press unsubscribes.
For companies
Companies & matching
Track partner companies and their needs, get skill-based mentor suggestions for each applicant, and let companies shortlist or express interest in candidates.
Talent pool & alerts (Premium)
Companies search a consent-based talent pool, see verified candidate cards, and get alerts when a candidate matches an open position.
Requisition management
Admins and company teams create structured hiring requests, track openings and filled positions, assign owners and manage status.
Shortlists & interview approvals
Companies shortlist candidates per requisition and request interviews; the program team or assigned mentor reviews each request before scheduling.
Insights & AI
Analytics & insights
Conversion funnel, per-stage aging and SLA, mentor workload and outcomes, six-month trends with a date-range selector, engagement and public-profile view counts.
Daily activity reports
Consent-based mentee activity digests for mentors and admins: logins, time on site, pages visited and completed to-dos.
Your own activity, shown to you
The activity summary a mentee’s mentor and programme team read is also theirs to read, on their own page in the portal: goals, meetings, interactions, stage moves and messages, plus time on site and visited pages while activity tracking is on. No comparison to anyone else, no score, and never a paid feature.
AI assistants (Premium)
CV feedback and interview prep for mentees, interaction-log summaries for mentors, AI-assisted matching — all consent- and quota-gated.
Matching that can be measured
Every mentor suggestion the platform makes is recorded with the position it was shown at, and a one-click dismissal asks why — wrong field, no capacity, language, already matched. The analytics page then answers the question every programme owner eventually asks: how often is the suggestion actually taken, and does the top-ranked mentor really get picked? The suggestion stays a suggestion — a person always decides.
Privacy & security
Access & privacy
Role-based access, two-factor authentication, email verification, impersonation with audit, activity log, and a full GDPR toolkit: consent, retention reminders, erasure and one-click data export.
Two-factor auth & session control
Role-based 2FA enforcement, session timeouts and "sign out of all devices".
Consent-based success stories
Real evaluation excerpts, published only with both sides’ consent and the author’s approval of the exact wording — withdrawable at any time, gone immediately.
A “no” that is still an answer
When a candidacy ends, the portal says where things stand and what to do next instead of quietly changing a status, and the mentor is handed a ready-to-edit message rather than a blank page. Automatic sending is off by default — a person reads every rejection before it goes out. Finding an internship elsewhere is treated as the success it is, with its own wording.
Granular e-mail opt-out
Twelve kinds of e-mail, each with its own switch, and a one-click unsubscribe link in every message that applies instantly — no login, no Save step. Sign-in and security notices always get through.
Stay signed in, safely
Tick "keep me signed in" and your own devices renew your session for you — each one listed, and revocable, from your account page.
Trust centre
A public page a buyer can read without a call: every third party that can receive data, what protects it, where it is hosted — and, in the same list, what is not true yet.
An accessibility claim you can check
A published WCAG 2.2 AA conformance statement that names its own open defects, backed by an axe-core scan blocking every pull request — plus skip links, a visible focus ring, 44px touch targets, a keyboard route around drag-and-drop, and support for reduced-motion, high-contrast and forced-colours modes.
Enterprise SSO configuration
Store and validate SAML or OIDC settings for an enterprise directory. SAML sign-in via /auth/sso is wired with JIT provisioning when SSO is active for the organisation; OIDC settings are stored but not yet used for sign-in.
Platform
Documents & CV tools
Versioned document uploads, a multilingual template library with in-app preview and PDF/text/Markdown export, and CV parsing that suggests profile fields and skills — with an optional, consent-gated AI mode.
A pleasant place to work
Three languages (EN/TR/DE), dark mode, adjustable font size, global search, installable as an app (PWA) with offline support, and a public “What’s new” release-notes page.
Everyone on their own clock
Each person sets their own timezone in settings and changes it whenever they move. When a meeting is scheduled, the picked time is shown on every attendee’s clock before the invite goes out — one line per timezone — so a call across three countries is confirmed at a glance. Every email that names a time says which timezone it is written in, lists the other participants’ times when they differ, and links back to the setting.
Public live demo
A writable demo instance with shared accounts and fully synthetic data: click through the pipeline, log interactions and create projects. Resets twice a day; nothing you type is real or kept.
Shareable public profiles
Mentees and mentors can opt in to a public, PII-free profile page — and when its link is shared on LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Slack, it unfurls into a branded card with name, role, location and top skills.
Multi-tenant organisations
Keep each organisation’s data, plan and configuration separate in one CRM.
Per-tenant branding settings
Brand name, logo, colours and support contact are stored for each organisation, and tenant branding is applied across the product, including role layouts and generated certificates.
Integrations that say when they break
One admin board shows the state of e-mail delivery, outgoing webhooks, Google Calendar, enterprise SSO and the two inbound receivers — healthy, degraded, failing or simply not set up. Each row is read from what that connector already records, so nothing can silently disagree with reality, and every error line is scrubbed of addresses, tokens and certificate bodies before it is shown.
